Riviera Built is run by three people, and all three are across your build. When we say one point of contact, we mean one of us, from the first design meeting to handover.

Most building companies split you between a salesperson, an estimator, a contracts administrator and a site supervisor you meet at the end. We don't. The person who walks your block prices your build, runs your site, and answers your calls, the whole way through.

Three decades of building homes in Adelaide, and he still enjoys it. He is particular about how a house goes together, particular about the trades who put it together, and selective about the builds he takes on, because a small number done properly is the only way he has ever wanted to work.

The fixed price promise is his as well: quote it properly the first time, then stand behind the number. He runs the front half of every project, from feasibility and pricing through to contracts, and stays your point of contact until Lachlan's team is on site.

Susan is your point of contact through the build, and the one who takes every interior and exterior selection off your hands, from joinery and tiling to roofing and the finishes you see every day, and has them resolved before they can turn into a decision made in a hurry on site.

Three of us is the point. Nobody has to be briefed on your job: from initial design through construction to handover, all three of us know exactly where it is at.

Lachlan is a carpenter by trade and a builder by temperament, the kind who checks a board twice before it goes anywhere near your frame. He runs every site with the same small crew of trades we've worked with for years.
