Beginning with a complete knockdown and rebuild, this premium home was designed for a family seeking a home that would support busy day-to-day living while providing spaces to gather, entertain, and grow into for years to come.

From concept to completion, Riviera Built managed the entire process in-house, including design, approvals, selections, and construction, providing a seamless and well-coordinated experience for the clients.

A key feature of the home is the double-height entry void, where a sculptural staircase, glass balustrading, and feature cladding create a strong sense of arrival and bring natural light deep into the interior.

The home balances multiple living areas with a central kitchen and connected outdoor entertaining space. Completed within nine months, it reflects a considered approach to design, detail, and delivery.
