Questions, answered
What does fixed price actually mean?
The price on your contract is the price you pay. We quote from finished drawings and selections, carry the risk on quantities, and don't run a variations ledger that creeps while you build. If we missed something in our pricing, that's on us, not on you.
What happens if something changes mid build?
If you change your mind about the scope — a different benchtop, an extra window — we price that change in writing before any work happens, and nothing proceeds until you've signed off on it. Changes you ask for are the only thing that moves the number.
Who will I deal with during the build?
One of us — Terry or Lachlan. The person who prices your build runs your build. You'll have one phone number from the first sketch to handover, and the person answering it has stood on your slab.
Which areas of Adelaide do you build in?
All of metropolitan Adelaide, from the coast to the foothills, plus selected projects across South Australia. Most of our recent work is in the inner north, east and the beachside suburbs.
