Built on a fixed price contract from finished drawings and selections, with one point of contact from the first sketch to handover. The joinery, stonework and lighting were set out together so the finished rooms read as one piece of work rather than a series of trades.

Run by the same small crew of trades we have worked with for years, on a programme that left time for the last one percent. The finish schedule was resolved before we started, so nothing had to be decided in a hurry on site.
