The brief was a house that turns its back on the street and opens completely to a protected pool courtyard. We demolished the original dwelling and rebuilt across the full width of the block, with a charcoal rendered exterior, a floating steel stair and living spaces that slide open to the water. Fixed price, one contract, fourteen months from slab to handover.

Tennyson House

This terrace renovation is organised around a frosted glass wall that carries daylight from a new central courtyard deep into the plan. Bedrooms sit behind translucent sliding panels, the bathrooms are tiled in gloss cobalt, and the rear opens across full-width sliders to a level deck.

Glasshouse Terrace

A light-filled renovation around a frosted glassspine — blue tiled bathrooms, sliding wallsand rooms that borrow each other's light.
